Last Call for SC08 Tech Program
Posters, Challenges, BoFs, Student Research Submissions Due Thursday, July 31: Although the technical papers have been reviewed and accepted, there are still opportunities to show your work in the Technical Program at the SC08 conference to be held Nov. 15-21 in Austin. SC08 is the international conference of high performance computing, networking, storage and analysis. Specifically, the following areas are still accepting submissions until Thursday, July 31:
* Posters - displays by individuals or groups of late-breaking results. More info: sc08.supercomputing.org/?pg=posters.html .
* Challenges - friendly yet spirited competitions (including Analytics Challenge, Bandwidth Challenge, Cluster Challenge, and HPC Storage Challenge). More info: sc08.supercomputing.org/index.php?pg=challenges.html .
* Birds of a Feather - informal groups discussing a special topic. More info: sc08.supercomputing.org/?pg=bofs.html .
* Doctoral Showcase - summaries of research from PhD candidates expecting to graduate in the next year. More info: sc08.supercomputing.org/?pg=doctsc.html .
Note: Due to reviewing and production schedules, the July 31 deadline is firm.
