Appro showcases Linux and AMD Opteron Cluster at DAC
Appro (http://www.appro.com), a leading provider of high-performance enterprise computing systems and AMD will be demonstrating the Appro HyperBlade Cluster Solution and the 1U and 4U Quad AMD Opteron processor-based servers at the Design Automation Conference (DAC), in San Diego, CA, booth number 4534. Appro and AMD will demonstrate the HyperBlade Cluster featuring 80 blades with 160 AMD Opteron processors in a custom cabinet running on the Linux Red Hat 7.3 operating system. In addition, Appro will showcase the remote management functions of the Appro BladeDome Remote Management Software and the cluster management appliance.
