Designed from the ground up for the creative communities, the PROMISE Pegasus series offers superior speed and throughput in a form factor small enough for a desktop or on-location environment. The addition of the SSD option will provide media and entertainment professionals a new level of productivity and flexibility; allowing them to dramatically reduce post-production time for a vast majority of tasks.
Pegasus R4 with the new option of the Intel SSD 320 Series creates exponentially faster processing speeds for media and entertainment professionals. They now have major studio edit-suite performance in an on-location field production form factor. Built with 25 nanometer (nm) compute-quality Intel NAND Flash Memory, the Intel SSD 320 Series accelerates performance where it matters most.
"The addition of the SSD option to our award-winning line of Pegasus R4 storage is another example of our continued dedication to our customers and a testament to our ability to provide the fastest most flexible storage solutions in support of the rich media market," Said Alice Chang, CMO, PROMISE Technology.
