Oracle Provides Comprehensive Software Suite to Support Cox Communications’ Wireless Service

Delivering an integrated, end-to-end suite of applications and infrastructure, Oracle is supporting Cox Communications’ new wireless offering. The third-largest cable provider in the United States recently added wireless to its bundle of digital cable, high-speed Internet and telephone services.

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management delivers innovative, flexible bundles and payment options to help increase the number of multi-play customers and expand the number of services they use.
Oracle’s Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) provides customer service and sales representatives with a 360-degree view of the customer, helping the company deliver a personalized experience and improve customer satisfaction.
Oracle Retail Point-of-Service and Oracle’s Demantra Demand Management support retail locations that sell wireless services, handsets and other products. The solutions help deliver superior customer experiences while minimizing operational and inventory costs.
