The DTM63687A is a registered ECC PC2100 184-pin 4GB low profile DIMM. The DTM63687A utilizes advanced high-density 1-gigabit drams in 18 externally stacked TSOP-II packages. This low-profile module is only 1.20 inches high, making it ideal for space saving 1U rack-mount chassis and high-density clusters. This module also features full support for “Chipkill” advanced error detection and correction technology.
