Rosenblatt Securities Selects NYSE Technologies' SuperFeed for its Global Data Feed Service
NYSE Technologies has announced that Rosenblatt Securities, a leading institutional agency broker, has selected its SuperFeed market data product for its global data feed service. SuperFeed is an industrial-strength, high-performance market data ticker plant and distribution system with proven microsecond latency. It is comprised of NYSE Technologies' Feed Handler Suite, Data Fabric middleware, SFTI networking capabilities, and managed services.
With NYSE Technologies' SuperFeed product, Rosenblatt can now more cost effectively offer its leading pre- and post-trade transaction cost analysis tools to customers, using data from NYSE Euronext's diverse global exchanges, alongside data from all other major markets in the U.S., Europe and Asia. SuperFeed provides data to Rosenblatt's cloud-based ticker plant, allowing the firm to significantly cut the cost of data storage and boost its ability to retrieve and compute data. Rosenblatt will also use SuperFeed to power its innovative Imbalance Tracker -- a real-time, customizable view of supply and demand in individual securities around the open and close of trading. Furthermore, Rosenblatt will access SuperFeed through NYSE Technologies' SFTI network, giving it maximum flexibility and cutting-edge performance with outstanding reliability.
"We are pleased to offer the extraordinary low-latency and performance benefits of SuperFeed to Rosenblatt and its customers," said Mark Schaedel, Senior Vice President, Global Market Data Products at NYSE Euronext. "NYSE Technologies' ability to host this solution allows us to share the cost and performance benefits of scale with our customers, which greatly reduces their total cost of ownership. With hundreds of firms already accessing global financial markets through the SFTI network, we believe their choice underscores the value of the service it delivers to our customers."
"Our industry-leading transaction-cost analysis requires huge quantities of data delivered through high-performance, reliable systems, and we are delighted with the results we're getting using SuperFeed," said Richard Rosenblatt, CEO of Rosenblatt Securities. "NYSE Technologies' solution gives us the performance and flexibility we need, while allowing us to reduce our data acquisition costs. SuperFeed is an important component of our cloud computing technology efforts."
